The book of Exodus, known as Shemot in Hebrew, is the second book of the Torah. It continues the narrative of the Israelites’ journey and their development as a nation after the book of Genesis.

The book of Exodus chronicles the liberation of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt, the revelation of the Ten Commandments and the establishment of the covenant at Mount Sinai, and the journey towards the Promised Land. It highlights the leadership of Moses, the miracles performed by G-d, and the development of the Israelite nation as a chosen people.

Exodus Chapter 25 is Another Eye Opener To Christianity’s Core Doctrine

This Chapter Is Another Proof That G-d Can Dwell With Man Without Becoming A Man.

*Contrary to Christian teaching that G-d cannot dwell with man because He is BIG. Hence, need to undergo the process of birth, crucifixion, dying, resurrection, ascension, coming back, up again, back and finally coming back quickly.

None of these can be found in the Hebrew-Jewish Scripture (Old Testament); except misquoted and corrupted by Christian motivated Bible.

Hashem spoke to Moses, saying: Speak to the Children of Israel and let them take for Me a portion, from every man whose heart motivates him you shall take My portion.
25:1-2
They shall make a Sanctuary for Me – so that I may dwell among them –

like everything that I show you, the form of the Tabernacle and the form of all its vessels; and so shall you do.

They shall make an Ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits its length; a cubit and a half its width; and a cubit and a half its height.

You shall place in the Ark the Testimonial-tablets that I shall give you.

You shall make two Cherubim of gold – hammered out shall you make them – from both ends of the Cover.

It is there that I will set My meetings with you, and I shall speak with you from atop the Cover, from between the two Cherubim that are on the Ark of the Testimonial-tablets, everything that I shall command you to the Children of Israel.

You shall make a Menorah of pure gold, hammered out shall the Menorah be made, its base, its shaft, its cups, its knobs, and its blossoms shall be [hammered] from it.

You shall make its lamps seven; he shall kindle its lamps so as to give light toward its face.

See and make, according to their form that you are shown on the mountain.

1 “The Lord spoke to Moses saying:
2 “Speak to the children of Israel, and have them take for Me an offering; from every person whose heart inspires him to generosity, you shall take My offering.
3 And this is the offering that you shall take from them: gold, silver, and copper;
4 blue, purple, and crimson wool; linen and goat hair;
5 ram skins dyed red, tachash skins, and acacia wood;
6 oil for lighting, spices for the anointing oil and for the incense;
7 shoham stones and filling stones for the ephod and for the choshen.
8 And they shall make Me a sanctuary and I will dwell in their midst
9 according to all that I show you, the pattern of the Mishkan and the pattern of all its vessels; and so shall you do.
10 They shall make an ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits its length, a cubit and a half its width, and a cubit and a half its height.
11 And you shall overlay it with pure gold; from inside and from outside you shall overlay it, and you shall make upon it a golden crown all around.
12 And you shall cast four golden rings for it, and you shall place them upon its four corners, two rings on its one side, and two rings on its other side.
13 And you shall make poles of acacia wood and you shall overlay them with gold.
14 And you shall bring the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to carry the ark with them.
15 The poles of the ark shall be in the rings; they shall not be removed from it.
16 And you shall place into the ark the testimony, which I will give you.
17 And you shall make an ark cover of pure gold, two and a half cubits its length and a cubit and a half its width.
18 And you shall make two golden cherubim; you shall make them of hammered work, from the two ends of the ark cover.
19 And make one cherub from the one end and the other cherub from the other end; from the ark cover you shall make the cherubim on its two ends.
20 The cherubim shall have their wings spread upwards, shielding the ark cover with their wings, with their faces toward one another; [turned] toward the ark cover shall be the faces of the cherubim.
21 And you shall place the ark cover on the ark from above, and into the ark you shall place the testimony, which I will give you.
22 I will arrange My meetings with you there, and I will speak with you from atop the ark cover from between the two cherubim that are upon the Ark of the Testimony, all that I will command you unto the children of Israel.
23 And you shall make a table of acacia wood, two cubits its length, one cubit its width, and a cubit and a half its height.
24 And you shall overlay it with pure gold, and you shall make for it a golden crown all around.
25 And you shall make for it a frame a handbreadth [wide] all around, and you shall make a golden crown for its frame all around.
26 And you shall make for it four golden rings, and you shall place the rings on the four corners that are on its four legs.
27 The rings shall be opposite the frame as holders for the poles [with which] to carry the table.
28 And you shall make the poles of acacia wood, and you shall overlay them with gold, and the table shall be carried with them.
29 And you shall make its forms, its spoons, its half pipes, and its supports with which it will be covered; of pure gold you shall make them.
30 And you shall place on the table showbread before Me at all times.
31 And you shall make a menorah of pure gold. The menorah shall be made of hammered work; its base and its stem, its goblets, its knobs, and its flowers shall [all] be [one piece] with it.
32 And six branches coming out of its sides: three menorah branches from its one side and three menorah branches from its second side.
33 Three decorated goblets on one branch, a knob and a flower, and three decorated goblets on one branch, a knob and a flower; so for the six branches that come out of the menorah.
34 And on [the stem of] the menorah [shall be] four decorated goblets, its knobs and its flowers.
35 And a knob under the two branches from it, and a knob under the two branches from it, and a knob under the two branches from it; so for the six branches that come out of the menorah.
36 Their knobs and their branches shall [all] be [one piece] with it; all of it [shall be] one hammered mass of pure gold.
37 And you shall make its lamps seven, and he shall kindle its lamps [so that they] shed light toward its face.
38 And its tongs and its scoops [shall be] of pure gold.
39 He shall make it of a talent of pure gold, with all these implements.
40 Now see and make according to their pattern, which you are shown on the mountain.

The book of Bereishit (“In the Beginning”), also known as Genesis, is the first book of the Torah and the Christian Old Testament. It tells the story of the creation of the world, the first humans and their descendants, and the formation of the Hebrews to the Israelites. Shemot (“Names”), also known as Exodus, is the second book in the Hebrew Bible. The book begins with the birth of Moses and his call from G-d to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Despite their many challenges, including the infamous plagues, the Israelites were ultimately delivered from Egypt and given the Torah (Ten Commandments) at Mount Sinai. Vayikra (“And G-d Called”) commonly known as Leviticus is the third book of the Torah. It predominantly focuses on the laws related to the offerings and sacrifices that the Israelites were supposed to make in the sanctuary. The book also outlines the various responsibilities and duties of the Kohanim (Priests) and Levites. Vayikra begins with G-d summoning Moses to the tent of meeting and instructing him about the different types of offerings, including burnt offerings, grain offerings, peace offerings, sin offerings, and guilt offerings. The book stresses the importance of atonement and purifying oneself before approaching G-d. It also speaks about the consequences of disobedience and the blessings that result from obedience to G-d’s commands. Leviticus (Vayikra) provides important insights into the Israelites’ religious practices and beliefs, reflecting deep reverence and connection to G-d.
The book of Numbers, Bamidbar in Hebrew (“In the Wilderness”) is the fourth book of the Torah and it primarily deals with the Israelites’ journeys in the wilderness and the period of 40 years during which they wandered in the desert. The book is named “Numbers” because it records two censuses of the Israelites taken by Moses, one at the beginning and one at the end of the 40-year period. The book also tells of numerous challenges and rebellions faced by Moses and the Israelites, including the story of the 12 spies sent to check out the Promised Land, the rebellion of Korah against Moses’ leadership, and the complaints of the Israelites about their hardships in the wilderness. Through all of these events, the book of Numbers emphasizes the importance of trusting G-d’s guidance and follows the Israelites as they prepare to finally enter and conquer the Promised Land.
The book of Deuteronomy, also known as Devarim in Hebrew (“Words”), is the fifth book of the Hebrew Bible or the Christian Old Testament. It contains a series of speeches by Moses to the Israelites, just before they are about to enter the promised land, which summarize and expand upon many of the laws and commandments given in the earlier books of the Torah. The word Deuteronomy literally means “second law,” indicating that Moses is rehearsing the law with the Israelites before they enter the land.
The book is often seen as a sort of farewell address by Moses, containing some of his final instructions and blessings to the people he has led for many years. It emphasizes the importance of following G-d’s commandments and remaining faithful to Him, while warning against the dangers of disobedience and idolatry. Overall, Deuteronomy serves as a significant text in the history of Judaism and Christianity, containing many of the foundational beliefs and values of these religions.
