THE TORAH
Deuteronomy
DEVARIM
Deuteronomy is the fifth book of the Torah
It contains Moses’ farewell speeches to the Israelites. Restating the laws of the Torah, the history of the Israelites, and the covenant between G-d and Israel.
The important emphasis on following God’s commandments, the love of G-d for Israel, and the blessings and curses that will come upon Israel depending on their obedience or disobedience.
Chapter 34
Final Chapter 34 of Deuteronomy
In case you were not paying attention, be enlightened:
Face To Face Hashem Had Known Moses Unlike Any Other Prophet
Since Moses was called in chapter 3 of Exodus, G-d never told him that He is Trinity or Triune or 3-in-1 G-d like those of the Pagans.
What more in the same chapter (3), G-d never said that His name is Jesus.
Now, in the last chapter of the Torah, G-d is true to what He commanded the Children of Israel – The Jews. That is, to keep His commandments as an eternal covenant.
No New Testament. No Jesus. No 3-in-1 G-d ever mentioned in the entire Torah from Genesis to Deuteronomy.
*Keep away from any new commandment, new teaching, worst, new G-d (Jesus).
“Death of Moses”
“Moses’ Prophecy”
Moses ascended from the plains of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the summit of the cliff that faces Jericho, and Hashem showed him the entire Land: the Gilead as far as Dan;
34:1
all of Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim and Manasseh; the entire land of Judah as far as the western sea;
34:2
the Negev and the Plain — the valley of Jericho, city of date palms — as far as Zoar.
34:3
And Hashem said to him, “This is the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your offspring.” I have let you see it with your own eyes, but you shall not cross over to there.”
:4
So Moses, servant of Hashem, died there, in the land of Moab, by the mouth of Hashem.
:5
He buried him in the depression, in the land of Moab, opposite Beth-peor, and no one knows his burial place to this day.
:6
Moses was one hundred and twenty years old when he died; his eye had not dimmed, and his vigor had not diminished.
:7
The Children of Israel bewailed Moses in the plains of Moab for thirty days; then the days of tearful mourning for Moses ended.
:8
Joshua son of Nun was filled with the spirit of wisdom, because Moses had laid his hands upon him, so the Children of Israel obeyed him and did as Hashem had commanded Moses.
:9
Never again has there arisen in Israel a prophet like Moses, whom Hashem had known face to face,
:10
as evidenced by all the signs and wonders that Hashem sent him to perform in the land of Egypt, against Pharaoh and all his courtiers and all his land, and by all the strong hand and awesome power that Moses performed before the eyes of all Israel.

TORAH
(Law)
The book of Deuteronomy, also known as Devarim in Hebrew (“Words”), is the fifth book of the Hebrew Bible or the Christian Old Testament. It contains a series of speeches by Moses to the Israelites, just before they are about to enter the promised land, which summarize and expand upon many of the laws and commandments given in the earlier books of the Torah. The word Deuteronomy literally means “second law,” indicating that Moses is rehearsing the law with the Israelites before they enter the land.
The book is often seen as a sort of farewell address by Moses, containing some of his final instructions and blessings to the people he has led for many years. It emphasizes the importance of following G-d’s commandments and remaining faithful to Him, while warning against the dangers of disobedience and idolatry. Overall, Deuteronomy serves as a significant text in the history of Judaism and Christianity, containing many of the foundational beliefs and values of these religions.
