Deuteronomy Chapter 16 Sends the Greek book — New Testament’s False Teachings to the Trash Can Once Again

Paul’s Cunning Teaching To Disobey G-d

In NT’s Galatians 4:9-10 he is insinuating to stop observing G-d’s appointed times, festivals and feasts.

Wherein in this chapter, it is repeated again, over and over in great detail.

Which side are you – Paul? or G-d?

“Three Pilgrimage Festivals”
“Pesach (Passover)”
“Shavuos (Feast of Weeks)”
“Succos (Feast of Tabernacles)”
“Establishment of Just Courts”
“Blemished Sacrifice”

You shall observe the month of springtime and perform the pesach-offering for Hashem, your God, for in the month of springtime Hashem, your God, took you out of Egypt at night.
16:1
You shall slaughter the pesach-offering to Hashem, your God, from the flock, and [also offer] cattle, in the place where Hashem will choose to rest His Name.
16:2
You shall not eat leavened bread with it, for seven days you shall eat matzos because of it, bread of affliction, for you departed from the land of Egypt in haste – so that you will remember the day of your departure from the land of Egypt all the days of your life.
16:3
You may not slaughter the pesach-offering in one of your cities that Hashem, your God, gives you;
:5
except at the place that Hashem, your God, wll choose to rest His Name, there shall you slaughter the pesach-offering in the afternoon, when the sun descends, the appointed time of your departure from Egypt.
:6
For a six-day period you shall eat matzos and on the seventh day shall be an assembly to Hashem, your God; you shall not perform labor.
:8
You shall observe the festival of Shavuos for Hashem, your God; the voluntary offerings that you give should be commensurate with how much Hashem, your God, will have blessed you.
:10
You shall rejoice before Hashem, your God – …
:11
You shall make the festival of Succos for a seven-day period, when you gather in from your threshing floor and from your wine cellar.
:13
You shall rejoice on your festival – …
:14
A seven-day period shall you celebrate to Hashem, your God, in the place that Hashem, your God, will choose, for Hashem will have blessed you in all your crop and in all your handiwork, and you will be completely joyous.
:15
Judges and officers shall you appoint in all your cities – which Hashem, your God, gives you – for your tribes; and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.
:18
You shall not pervert judgment, you shall not respect someone’s presence, and you shall not accept a bribe, for the bribe will blind the eyes of the wise and make the words crooked.
:19
Righteousness, righteousness shall you pursue, so that you will live and possess the Land that Hashem, your God, gives you.
:20
You shall not plant for yourselves an idolatrous tree – any tree – near the Altar of Hashem, your God, that you make for yourself,
:21
And you shall not erect for yourselves a pillar, which Hashem, your God, hates.
:22

1 Keep the month of spring, and make the Passover offering to the Lord, your God, for in the month of spring, the Lord, your God, brought you out of Egypt at night.
2 You shall slaughter the Passover sacrifice to the Lord, your God, [of the] flock, and [the Festival sacrifices of the] cattle, in the place which the Lord will choose to establish His Name therein.
3 You shall not eat leaven with it; for seven days you shall eat with it matzoth, the bread of affliction, for in haste you went out of the land of Egypt, so that you shall remember the day when you went out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.
4 And no leaven shall be seen with you within all your border for seven days; neither shall any of the flesh you slaughter on the preceding day in the afternoon, remain all night until the morning.
5 You shall not sacrifice the Passover offering within any of your cities, which the Lord, your God, is giving you.
6 Except at the place which the Lord, your God, will choose to establish His Name-there you shall slaughter the Passover offering in the afternoon, as the sun sets, at the appointed time that you went out of Egypt.
7 And you shall roast [it] and eat [it] in the place which the Lord, your God, will choose, and you shall turn away in the morning and go to your dwellings.
8 For six days you shall eat matzoth, and on the seventh day there shall be a halt to the Lord, your God. You shall not do any work [on it].
9 You shall count seven weeks for yourself; from[the time] the sickle is first put to the standing crop, you shall begin to count seven weeks.
10 And you shall perform the Festival of Weeks to the Lord, your God, the donation you can afford to give, according to how the Lord, your God, shall bless you.
11 And you shall rejoice before the Lord, your God, -you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite who is within your cities, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are among you, in the place which the Lord, your God, will choose to establish His Name therein.
12 And you shall remember that you were a slave in Egypt, and you shall keep and perform these statutes.
13 You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.
14 And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities.
15 Seven days you shall celebrate the Festival to the Lord, your God, in the place which the Lord shall choose, because the Lord, your God, will bless you in all your produce, and in all the work of your hands, and you will only be happy.
16 Three times in the year, every one of your males shall appear before the Lord, your God, in the place He will choose: on the Festival of Matzoth and on the Festival of Weeks, and on the Festival of Sukkoth, and he shall not appear before the Lord empty-handed.
17 [Every] man [shall bring] as much as he can afford, according to the blessing of the Lord, your God, which He has given you.
18 You shall set up judges and law enforcement officials for yourself in all your cities that the Lord, your God, is giving you, for your tribes, and they shall judge the people [with] righteous judgment.
19 You shall not pervert justice; you shall not show favoritism, and you shall not take a bribe, for bribery blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts just words.
20 Justice, justice shall you pursue, that you may live and possess the land the Lord, your God, is giving you.
21 You shall not plant for yourself an asherah, [or] any tree, near the altar of the Lord, your God, which you shall make for yourself.
22 And you shall not set up for yourself a monument, which the Lord, your God hates.

Bible reading in the form of Scripture in pictures can have a profound impact on those who may have never read a chapter in the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament). Viewing pivotal verses in a visual context can deepen one’s understanding of the text and provide a unique perspective. The images may help to illustrate important themes and messages that may not have been as easily grasped through standard reading. Additionally, this method can be particularly beneficial for those who struggle with traditional reading methods or for those who are more visually inclined. The power of visual storytelling has been utilized for centuries, and when paired with the timeless words of Scripture, it has the potential to bring new life and meaning to the ancient text. Ultimately, whatever method one chooses to engage with the Bible, the most important thing is to seek a deeper understanding of God’s word, and to apply it to our lives in a meaningful way.
